    It is recommended that you use SOLIDWORKS 2018 or newer. You will be able to utilize the files in this scenario. If this is not possible, send us an email at [email protected] and we will discuss providing a different file format with some additional instructions.

  • Will this course prepare me for the CSWA Academic version?

    Yes, the content in this course will also apply the academic version of the SOLIDWORKS CSWA.

  • Will this course still be available for me to use once I complete it?

    Yes, you can still access the course once it's complete. Your access will be removed from this course 60 days from the date of the original purchase.

  • Can I modify the part files provided from the course?

    You sure can! We recommend not modifying the parts additionally until the course is complete just to ensure all of your results during the course line up as they should. After that, they are yours to do whatever you'd like with.

  • Is there anything I can do to adjust the video quality?

    You do have the option to adjust the video quality within the video player via the gear icon in the bottom right corner. Aside from that, here at SWYFT Academy we are always looking for ways to improve our audio and video quality.

  • My computer performance is low and I'm unable to watch video lessons and follow along in SolidWorks simultaneously. What should I do?

    If this is the case, we'd recommend first watching the video and then jumping into SolidWorks. Take notes as the video progresses and revisit the video with any additional questions for next steps in the part or assembly.
